Welcome to Privimmil Studio. These Terms & Conditions outline the legal trading rules for booking video production services via privimmil.pro. These terms are written in simple, human language so that we both understand exactly how we work together.

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement is made between you (the Client) and our local service brand, Privimmil Studio, which operates under the structural backing of our international parent holding company MOBIRIZER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, Hajipur, Bihar, India (CIN: U72300BR2015PTC025100). We supply professional filming, scripting, audio setup, and video editing services inside Canada.

2. Booking and Deposits

To lock in a recording date in our calendar, we require a deposit payment of 50% of the total quote. The remaining balance is due immediately upon your approval of the final edited video, before we send you the high-resolution files.

3. Canadian Consumer Rights (10-Day Cooling-Off Policy)

We respect Canadian provincial consumer protection laws. Every signed service agreement with our studio includes an automatic 10-day cooling-off period. If you decide to cancel your project for any reason within 10 days of signing our work contract, we will refund your deposit completely with no questions asked.

4. Cancellations Outside the Cooling-Off Window

If you cancel your session after the 10-day cooling-off window but before actual filming begins, we will refund your deposit minus a flat administrative fee of $150 CAD to cover scheduling prep and equipment hold costs.

5. Re-scheduling Shoots

We know that life happens. If you need to postpone a scheduled recording session due to illness or weather, please tell us at least 48 hours in advance. We will reschedule your session for free. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $100 CAD fee to cover rental and crew adjustments.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Once you pay the final balance of your project, you own 100% of the copyright for the delivered video file. You can post it on Amazon, upload it to YouTube, or sell it as a course. We retain the right to display brief 10-second snippets of your video in our portfolio, unless you explicitly request us to keep the project confidential (which we gladly do!).

7. Project Disclaimers

We produce clean, high-quality, authentic visual assets. However, we do not promise or guarantee that our videos will lead to specific sales growth, conversion ratios, viral popularity, or investment profits. Your business results depend on your overall marketing strategy.

8. Applicable Law

While physical services are provided in Canada, the ultimate corporate contractual relationship is governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar, India, where our parent company is incorporated. All billing, back-office accounts, and international trading frameworks operate under Indian legal parameters, in full alignment with Canadian provincial consumer guidelines.
