Common Questions
I know that booking a video studio can feel intimidating. Here are some of the exact questions people ask me before they book. If your question isn't here, please just send me an email.
Absolutely! Honestly, almost 90% of the people who record in our studio tell me they hate how they look and sound on camera. That is completely normal.
We work very slowly. We don't have high-pressure timers. I will sit with you, help you breathe, and we will talk through your outline like regular people. If you stumble or lose your place, we stop, laugh, edit out the slip-up, and start again. You are in complete control.
Yes, we can. For product demonstration videos, local masterclasses, and legacy memoirs, filming in your own natural environment often makes the video look more authentic. We will bring portable, gentle light kits and warm microphones to ensure your home or workspace looks and sounds highly professional.
For small product promos and simple memoir interviews, we usually finish the physical filming in half a day. The digital editing process, color adjustments, and sound optimization usually take about 10 to 14 business days. We will keep you updated by email every step of the way.
We believe in absolute consumer fairness. Under Canadian provincial guidelines, we offer a complete 10-day cooling-off period after signing a service contract. If you change your mind for any reason during these 10 days, we will cancel your project and refund your deposit immediately with zero questions asked.
For cancellations after the 10-day window but prior to actual filming, we will refund your deposit minus a flat administration fee to cover prep time. Full details are listed clearly on our terms page.
By using our Indian parent company's administrative team to manage our billing platforms, server hosting, and digital maintenance, we don't have to hire expensive back-office personnel in Canada. This saves us thousands of dollars a year in overhead, which allows us to offer professional video production at roughly half the rate of corporate advertising agencies.
