5. Purpose of Processing

We collect your contact data for the sole purpose of scheduling your video consultation, writing project quotes, and coordinating our filming schedule. We never use this information for unsolicited newsletter blasts unless you explicitly ask to join a waiting list.

We store your digital details on secure, password-protected servers. If you do not book a video session with us within 6 months of your inquiry, we completely delete your emails and personal records from our system to keep your details safe.

This data transfer is fully protected using modern cryptographic encryption protocols.
